There are two costs: a one-time $2,000 setup fee (optional) and a recurring $97/month platform fee. The setup fee covers full account configuration, integration work, and a live onboarding call so you’re not dropped into the platform cold. After that, it’s $97/month flat — no per-seat fees, no feature unlocks, no annual commitment required.

Similar our our website support services, ongoing maintenance and help is just an email away. We invoice $125/hr for ad hoc requests and can setup retainers for ongoing support needs.

The $97/month covers 100% of the platform features — CRM, funnels, automations, email builder, SMS tools, reputation management, scheduling, courses, social posting, and more. There are no seat limits and no hidden feature walls.

The only additional charges are usage-based services you actively consume: sending emails, making calls, sending texts, using AI tools, etc. These are billed at cost in real time and only when used. Many small businesses spend well under $20/month in usage fees.

No contracts. The platform fee is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. The setup fee is a one-time charge for the work done to configure your account — it is non-refundable once the 60-day onboarding is complete, since the labor has been performed.

We typically build foundational automations as part of the setup fee — typically a lead intake flow, appointment reminder sequence, and a basic follow-up nurture.

Anything beyond that is available as an add-on service. You’re never required to build anything yourself, but the platform is designed so that once you understand it, you won’t need us for simple changes.

Most clients end up doing a hybrid: we build the complex stuff, they manage the day-to-day tweaks.

Two layers. First, GoHighLevel itself offers 24/7 live chat and email support directly inside the platform — their team handles technical issues, billing questions, and platform bugs.

Second, as your setup partner, Rank Fuse is available to answer questions that go beyond basic support. We also have hourly rates for new projects such as rebuilding a workflow, troubleshooting a deliverability issue, or adding a new automation as your business grows.

We are not a faceless reseller; we love GHL as a growth tool for many of our clients. Integrating social media, web hosting, local SEO, and full-funnel media attribution are some of the ways HighLevel helps businesses grow. 

Usage fees are charged as you consume them — not at the end of the month in a lump sum. Your GHL account holds a credit balance. When you send an email, make a call, or use an AI feature, the cost is deducted from that balance automatically.

You top up your balance as needed (minimum top-up is typically $10). You’re never billed for services you don’t use.

If your usage credit balance hits zero, outbound services (calls, texts, emails) will pause until the balance is topped up. Your platform access, CRM data, pipelines, and everything else remains fully intact — nothing is deleted or locked. You can set up auto-recharge thresholds inside your GHL account settings to prevent interruptions.

We can also set up email triggers to let you know if the credit card on file fails.

A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC registration is a one-time $20 fee required by US carriers to send business SMS legally. Without it, your outbound texts will be blocked or heavily filtered.

This fee is handled separately from your usage balance and is paid directly to the carrier registration system. It is not included in the standard usage rates shown on this page. We handle the registration for you as part of the setup fee.

For most businesses running basic nurture sequences and appointment reminders, you’ll never touch them. They become relevant if you’re building more complex sales ops automations.

A dedicated IP means your emails are sent from your own IP address rather than a shared pool used by other senders. This matters because if another sender on a shared IP gets flagged for spam, it can affect your deliverability too.

A dedicated IP at $118/month makes sense if you’re sending 50,000+ emails per month or if deliverability is critical (e.g. transactional confirmation emails). For most small businesses sending under 20,000 emails/month, the shared infrastructure is sufficient — especially with a verified sending domain set up properly.
