Until now, the best options for reporting Google My Business (GMB) issues that hurt your local SEO efforts was honestly Twitter. In fact, you can still tweet issues to @GoogleMyBusiness and hope they take care of it for you; but now, we have a new option!
Introducing Google’s Business Redressal Complaint Form:
Now, if you come across fraud, duplication, or just bad information on Google Maps you can fill out an online complaint form. This complaint form is mainly looking for factual business information issues such as name, address, phone number, or URL issues.
This means that if the issue you want to fix is related to something else like business hours, bogus reviews, photos, or service category, suggesting feedback or using Twitter is still your best bet.
As you will see in the image below, Google is not promising any action or response to submissions. Furthermore, they are encouraging people to use the normal GMB methods to correct information if you are the verified owner of the listing and can make changes.
